      <title>T. w/BernNadette Stanis</title>
<description>Best known for her role as Thelma on the ground breaking TV series "Good Times," dancer, actress, producer and now author BernNadette Stanis has for 30 years represented the beauty urban America can produce. Years before hip/hop culture made urban life mainstream and "ghetto fabulous" a commodity, "Good Times" told the story of one African American family's struggle to make it in a way that was truthful, and funny. . .years later it's clear it wasn't just a show about the black experience, it was a show about the American experience. You can find BernNadette Stanis online at her website http://www.thelmaofgoodtimes.com or at her official myspace page:

      <title>Pt.2 T w/ Leon Sylvers, Jerry Peters &amp;amp; Keg Johnson</title>
<description>The Long Awaited Pt 2 of my interview with Leon Sylvers, Jerry Peters and Keg Johnson. Thanks to all those friends of the show who have been asking for it. . . .ENJOY!

I hate to name drop, but have you ever wondered who arranged those amazing Earth Wind and Fire songs? Did you know that at one point, Motown was so scared of the Sylvers (and how their success would affect the Jacksons), they had their producers trying to deconstruct why their records sounded so good? The reason? Leon Sylvers, Jerry Peters and Keg Johnson. The guests on this edition of Soul on Sunset.

Add Whitney Houston, Shalamar, Gladys Knight, Levert, Teddy Riley and BlackStreet, L.L Cool J. Jean Harris, Brothers Johnson, Slave, Steve ArringtonSylvers, Quincey Jones, Lou Rawls, Herbie Hancock, Mary, Mary. . .(the list goes on ad infinitum), and you have 3 of the most unsung heros in modern R&amp;B and Soul music. If you are a musician, or know and love a musician, this is an important history of music. . .If you are a music lover, particularly Soul, R&amp;B and Jazz, this one hour episode promises to be a treat..
